Needs Analysis
Before we begin the design, we work with you to develop meaningful documentation of space and functional requirements. We will define what types of spaces will be needed, how each relate to one another, how the design provides maximum functionality based on understanding your overall operation, and the interaction of various components.

Budget
As your space program is refined, we will develop a “cost model” based on general construction cost parameters.  At this early stage – before actual design begins – it is essential to achieve stakeholder consensus on what is to be built and to confirm available funding. The space program and related budget provide an important roadmap for design decisions.

Architecture/Interior Design
We create “high-value” architecture and interiors for new buildings, building additions, and renovations.  We keep you abreast of progress during the design process and as we monitor construction on your behalf.
