Live Oak Post Office

Akel, Logan, and Shafer was responsible for planning and design of the proposed new Live Oak, Florida Main Post Office.  The project consisted of a new 16,000 square foot building to replace the existing main post office located in downtown Live Oak which is severely undersized and space constricted.  This facility includes a Postal Retail Store, post office box lobby, administrative area and workroom. Also included is a covered carrier loading area for 25 carrier vehicles.
