Synovus Bank

This 1,800 square foot branch bank was designed to be complementary of the residential character of the nearby San Marco historic district.  The site is located in the Southbank section of the Downtown area and was required to conform to the downtown design standards for pedestrian access.  The divided tree-lined sidewalk aligned with the existing sidewalk and provides the opportunity for future development to continue this theme.  The bank included a three-station drive through facility with drive up ATM, vault with safety deposit boxes, offices, customer lobby with custom designed teller counters, and an open interior layout with numerous windows that provides an open and inviting customer experience.
