Site Evaluation/Planning
We understand your need to identify and maximize real estate investment potential.  Often our clients ask us to review sites – priorto purchase – in order to determine which one may be the best for a proposed project.  Our team critically reviews these individual sites to assess whether they are   appropriate for the intended use. This assessment involves the parcel’s size,   shape, topography, and so on, noting that a full assessment also requires analysis of zoning and related use restrictions. A similar approach can help define a site’s highest and best use – thus, maximizing value when an owner offers a parcel of ground for sale.
